Received a LOC from DCB for "not parking within the markings of the bay or space" back on the 18/6/24. Did not receive anything from UKPCL as I changed address and therefore the address on my van.
I then replied to the LOC as per the threads advice/template.
I have since received a reply from DCBLegal re that if they do not receive a payment it will result in a claim.
Should I reply to their email?
Thank you

Your defence is already written for you and involves ONE tiny phrase to add to para 2 and ONE DATE to change in the new (DCB Legal specific) para 3 you'll find.
No link. Read a handful of threads!
It is so easy it's laughable.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Date of issue was the 13th of December 2024.0 -
Your VRM details and password are clearly on show
UKPC via DCB Legal, issue date 13th December, so get the AOS done ASAP on MCOL, if not done already ?
The date in the POC is probably incorrect, same as dozens of other recent cases, so you should probably use the new concise paragraph 3, after adapting the ending of paragraph 2, then slot back into the template defence1 -
Apologies for that, reported for editing.
Yes I have completed the AOS.
They sent it to my previous address (I think) and I did not receive it due to changing address, since then updated my registration details.1 -
[Image removed by Forum Team]Edited picture. Thank you.So yeah, not parking within the markings of the bay? I don’t have any proof of this. So, how should my defence go? I was driving but with my partner at the time0
