Has anyone got a contact no for on the beach (one where you speak to a person rather than the automated lines)?  I booked a holiday on line on Monday and although they’ve taken the deposit monies I have had no confirmation emails and the booking doesn’t appear in My Bookings which means I don’t have the option for “live chat”.  The nos i have found for them just direct you to live chat …

According to their information, there should eventually be an option where they call you back?

alternatively, when they asked for a number, if you repeatedly press zero, that can sometimes get you through, Or if it’s voice recognition just keep repeating “complaint” or “human”.

Although this is obviously a money-saving site, cheapest is emphatically not always best, and often signifies companies choosing to cut corners and offer low-quality service, so in this case they've presumably decided that eliminating customer-facing phone staff is one way to slash overheads....
