Good afternoon.
I have a bill from UW stating I owe 1 months Home insurance. I have sent them a complaint to state I cancelled this on the 30th September '24 and my outstanding amount was paid in October. UW are totally ignoring the fact I rang on the 30 September and stating it was the 5th November. (I had to ring again as they sent me a letter stating I had home insurance after speaking to them on the 30th Sept in which they said it was being refused (home insurance) because I didn't have any other add-ons) UW have basically said go to the Ombudsman to complain. If there anyway I can demand a copy of my phone call on the 30th Sept and what was put on the computer. I have a phone log on my phone with the call registered to UW.
I am on their 'at risk' list (as I've had cancer) and this is really stressing me out. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks

Send them a subject access request. (SAR) They will be obliged to provide ALL information they have about you.
