Flogas charge but no delivery

Hi all having some issues with Flogas at the moment. Our tank was at about 25% so ordered a delivery. Flogas say they delivered 700l last Tue but my husband and I were both at home and didn’t see/hear anything and the usual delivery note through the door wasn’t left. Our tank is now showing 20% so they clearly didn’t deliver but are saying the serials numbers match. Called a few times now and they’re being particularly slow to investigate. Have sent photos of the gauge. Any similar experiences or anyone know where to go with this? Any advice greatly appreciated.

I have also just had this problem. Ordered some LPG, email from Flogas said it would deliver next day ( retrospectively this was a big red flag as flogas never deliver the next day!) Next day I had an email to say that gas had been delivered and a whooping £600 bill added to my account. But, no delivery was made, my gauge is still at 25%. No note through door. I have a camera and no delivery was made that day. Usage on my online account even shows the same 25%. I appreciate this was a whole ago so no worries if you have moved on! I hope it was resolved.
