Customer care for vodafone is 191.
A quick way to check your allowance is to dial 44555, then you will receive a message from Vodafone give you your allowance. Please be aware that any calls/texts you make will show on your account up to 72 hours later, unlike 3 where it updates within a few minutes.0 -
44555 to receive a text but you can only get this after you have had your first bill (the text does lag by 48-72 hours) or you can get your balance by ringing 191 to get your balanceMarch Wins

Hi Sam,
I am happy to hear you are moving mobile networks to Vodafone.
We do have several ways for you to check your call charges, as mentioned already you can call 191 to get you call charges, what we call your unbilled minutes, select option 1 then option 1 again. Alternatively you can dial 44555 from your handset. Both of these will then give you 2 options -- To find out your remaining minutes and call usage.
- Get a balance enquiry (monthly charges so far).
You can also view your unbilled minutes by opting for Vodafone’s online billing service. This is available to our contract customers who pay their bills by direct debit. As well as being able to view your unbilled call charges you will receive your monthly bills online, they will be fully itemised so you will know what you are being charged for. For more information on this and to register for online billing please visit the Vodafone my account section of our website here.
All the services i have mentioned are free of charge and available 24/7. All call charges are subject to a 72 hour delay in the UK (this can be longer for calls made whilst roaming).
Hope this helps

thank you very much...that was very kind of you....it is a bit annoying that the information are 72 hours late as iam sure that if 3 can give me regularly updated credit check, a big company like vodafone can do that.0 -

I have to say that since I joined Vodafone just over a year ago this service has been very unreliable. Last year I went weeks without it working at all and it is still sporadic now.0
