Ford hasn’t responded to 3 emails about a discretionary payment

I used the MSE tool to email Ford about whether there was a discretionary payment months went by I still hadn’t heard off them I’ve sent them another 2 since and I’ve emailed them asking why I hadn’t received an email or letter saying whether or not I had a discretionary commission payment. Other companies myself and family members have used have responded and even paid, I don’t understand why Ford isn’t getting back to me, has anyone else had this problem?

It could be the tool failing.  Or it could be spam filters.  Ford Credit have a specific email address to use for DCA enquiries.

Have you tried the easiest way which is to email them the details via the address on their website?  They have a webpage dedicated to it.

Thank you for your comment. I’ve finally had a response off them, I used the email address on their website every time I’ve emailed them but didn’t receive an email or letter back even acknowledging I had sent them an email. So I complained about this and they apologised and confirmed they had received the complaint.
