Lebara sim only contract

Hi everyone,

I signed up for a Lebara contract about six months ago through MSE, and a few days ago, I received an email saying, "Your SIM-only plan has now expired."

When I logged into my account on the Lebara website, it shows that I’m on "Automatic renewal," which will renew in 18 days (attached a screenshot for reference). I also noticed that when I clicked on the information icon, it seems to suggest the cost is now £1.10. Is this correct?

Also, if I decide to switch providers now, will I lose anything, or is it safe to move without penalties or issues?

Thanks in advance for your help!

  • You are on a 30 day plan which you can leave at anytime. You will be charged the full monthly cost, if 6 months is up, even though the price seems to show the discounted rate.
