Autopay did not work at yourparkingspace parking

I had been using the Autopay at my local station for years and then I got a PCN as NCP had somehow de-registered my 3 cars from their system. They eventually 'let me off' with a £20 charge. I then re-registered and received 3 PCNs because their system hadn't registered me at the 'right' Cambridge Station. I appealed and while one of them was struck off the other two have gone to the debt collectors. No one to talk to, no mechanism to discuss - just pay or you can have a CCJ these companies are pirates - NCP issue 22,000 PCNs a day. Sorry for the rant but these systems are supposed to be there for the utility of the customers...

The PCN I received.
Timeline:
29/11/24
- removed my old car as I know the next day I will be parking at Grand central Birmingham
- Added new car to the system without knowing autopay is not automatically enabled when adding new vehicle (saw this comment on FAQ a week later)
30/11/24
- 19:18 entered the car park
- 20:55 left car park
01/12/24
- Contact yourparkingspace as I see no payment was made
- on the same date I noticed autopay was disabled and enable on 1/12/24)NCP issue 22,000 PCNs a day.No they don't! Can't do.
The entire parking industry issue about 45000 PCNs per day (41k that are recorded by the DVLA plus another ten percent windscreen PCNs/no DVLA data used).
Anyway you need to start your own thread if needing advice (maybe you already have?) because this one is only about this case.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
