IIRC I had issues in the past, emailed TSB CEOs office and got paid the cashback + compensation. Although that was probably after it was rejected, not just tracking for a long time

Many people have had issues trying to get Quidco TSB cashback paid. The Classic a/cs we opened in 2019 and then again in 2020 took 5 months to pay out and usually involved making a claim even though they had tracked OK.
Quidco had a cracking offer in 2022 for opening TSB Spend & Save a/cs... upgrade to Quidco Premium and the cashback offered was £132. We had no TSB a/cs at that time so we applied and they tracked OK. 7 months later I was still waiting for payout and had submitted claims then one day my Quico a/c was blocked. Messaging Quidco on 9th June 2023 got this explanation...

"In total you've had 6x TSB cashback from us over the years, including these 2 most recent. Have you read the TSB cashback T&Cs? It states:

    • If you open more than one TSB Spend & Save account via Quidco, you will only be paid cashback on the first account you open.

Please confirm that you're happy to remove these cashback in order for me to unblock your account today".

It seemed as if they had got the money from TSB but were denying me access to my a/c to confirm this. They would only allow me access again AFTER I closed the claims. I had fully complied with the terms of the offer and after numerous further email exchanges they eventually paid up. They then unblocked my Quidco a/c and I could see that the transactions had a confirmed status with a date of 8th June.

I can see no other explanation than that they blocked my account on the day the cashback became payable and they required me to cancel the claims in order to keep the money for themselves.

QuidCo take yonks to pay anything, I tend to view them as something that is maybe a nice bonus in 6 months!

People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.

I tried mine via a link on the Be Clever with your cash website. The offers on that weekend consisted of two bonuses of around  £17.50 and £20.  I have had neither, this was on the weekend of 24th August 2024.

How many spend and save accounts (sole and joint) are allowed per person? I've just discovered them and it seems to be £2 per month profit per account if you do the transactions.

If you have more than one Spend & Save or Spend & Save Plus account (for example a Spend & Save in your
own name and Spend & Save Plus account in joint names) and you make the relevant number of debit card
payments on each account, you will earn the £5 cashback on each account.

My understanding is sky is the limit

As many as you like. Am not sure where you're getting the £2 per month profit per account figure from?

The spend and save plus has a £3 fee and if you make the debit card transactions you get £5 was what I was basing it on. Xx
