I signed up for Three mobile via SIM Only Deals: Compare our best in December 2024 - Uswitch when it was £6 per month for 40GB unlimited.

Now it is £8.00/ month plus an additional set up fee i.e. £9.93, I feel cheated

    Wasted an hour on their help line. Agent says deals are always changing and he cannot back date

  • When did you sign up and when did it change? 

    I'm sure they do increase their prices every April.
    Debt Free - 4th June 2025
  • If you don't like the deal then you can cancel within 14 days of signing up. If you've moved your mobile number to them then that makes it more complicated.

    19th November. I was not aware of price increase until I received my first bill today. Fortunately I am within 14 day cancellation period.

    Joined 19th November. I was not aware of price increase until I received my first bill today. Fortunately I am within 14 day cancellation period. Cancelled Three and signed new contract with Talkmobile 40GB for £5.99 / month. Hopefully not jumping from frying pan into the fire

    Three overcharged me on my first bill. On chat they told me zero charge for cancelation within 14 days, then sent me a confirmation stating I would be charged. Chat said this was a mistake, I would not be charged cancellation fee. I wait to see. Just received a bill with cancellation charge. I have cancelled my direct debit and registered a complaint.
