When did you sign up and when did it change?
I'm sure they do increase their prices every April.Debt Free - 4th June 20251 -
If you don't like the deal then you can cancel within 14 days of signing up. If you've moved your mobile number to them then that makes it more complicated.

Joined 19th November. I was not aware of price increase until I received my first bill today. Fortunately I am within 14 day cancellation period. Cancelled Three and signed new contract with Talkmobile 40GB for £5.99 / month. Three overcharged me on my first bill. On chat they told me zero charge for cancelation within 14 days, then sent me a confirmation stating I would be charged. Chat said this was a mistake, I would not be charged cancellation fee. I wait to see. Just received a bill with cancellation charge.
