No service with O2 for 3 months...

I have had no reception at home for over 3 months despite O2 saying that everything is working.. despite the same day saying that there is a mast down or a potential birds' nest in the mast...
I use my mobile for work and can't even get a OTP to verify anything.
Any suggestions? Complaining to O2 seems to do nothing (and now their chat isn't working anyway) - where can I go next?
Credit from them is one thing.. but pointless if I am paying for a service that doesn't work!

Thanks for your comment @Katiehound - I am looking for ideas of recompense, not O2 itself. Although that would be helpful too0

The section on mobile phones would be better than the section for parties/gifts for special occasions. If you contact one of the moderators they will move the thread for you.
How's the OTP sent? Text or data? Can you not use an authenticator app so it's done by data? Presumably you have wifi at home?
Have you turned on WiFi calling? Does your phone support it?
Do you have signal outside the home? If so a repeater may help.
Despite living in zone 2 London and working 15 minutes way in Zone 1 London we have dead spots, in the pub you'd be lucky to get 1 bar and 3g, most the time its no signal at all. The stranger one is on the commute in there is a road where I get 5 bars and 5g/4g but no data flows.
The pubs wifi broke a year ago and they arent in any hurry to fix it so ultimately bite the bullet and got an eSim for a few quid a month as 3 gets 3-4 bars of 4G there.1 -
I don't think I'm clear @DullGreyGuy - I had reception. They then sent something saying a mast was down and nothing has worked in the village since! OTP's are usually on text and doesn't always come through when Wifi calling turned on. Either way, it's driving me nuts!
didn't know if there was a higher level like an ombudsman to discuss this with. I mean this is to do with finance too

There are unfortunately a multitude of things other than the mast being down that can cause the problems
