    Unfortunately, I think you'll find that badges are frequently misused. For example a carer collecting a prescription for the holder might think it's ok to use the badge whilst the holder stays at home... For clarity, it's not ok to do this.

    i think you'll find that is relatively rare.  Hence why such cases sometimes make the news and there are prosecutions (correctly so).

    Yes it's a headache that Local Authorities have to tackle but it's neither frequent nor common.

  • Thanks for comments. It was her husband's appointment and he was with her of course. Poor soul is suffering from mesothelioma , 2 worn out knees and cataracts so this is another headache they don't need.
