Multiple Finance / Multiple Addresses Tool Help

Hello - after some assistance please!

I have 9 finance agreements (8 of which I have the finance a/c number for..I also have all the registrations - all with Ford Credit Europe) and I’m a bit stuck on the address section of the tool.

Below current address it asks if my address is the same as when I took out the motor finance. For the latter policies it is however other policies go across 2 more properties. 

How should I answer this?

Appreciate any guidance!

You may find it easier to not use a third party tool but use the Ford Credit email address and give all the details in there.

It's a really badly written thing, include it if you want or dont. Was a speed to market to get people talking about it. Remember they dont have to reply to any complaint about DCA until January 2026 at the moment and thats highly likely to go back
