Danfoss Air Source Heat Pump not heating water or house

We have a Danfoss DHP-AQ Maxi air source heat pump that has stopped working nearly 3 weeks ago. It doesn't provide heat for the house or hot water but there are no error messages. The symbol for the water tank just shows as permanently filling but doesn't heat. The outside unit isn't running either. Inside the unit on a PCB there's an orange light next to Com but I don't know if this means something or maybe it's always on. Is anyone able to help? Thank you.

Its not easy if there aren't any error messages, does the outside unit have its own fuse/circuit breaker, if so, is is intact.
TBH you really need the installer/Dafoss service engineer to visit although depending how confident you are you can download the service info from the Danfoss website which may give you a clue or two.
The User manual, installation manual and service manual are all available from the Danfoss websiteNever under estimate the power of stupid people in large numbers1 -
Thanks for this but we've checked the fuse/circuit breaker and it's not that. We're trying to find an engineer and somebody said 2 weeks ago they might come out next week so we'll just have to wait for him I guess. The system is 12 years old so it might be time to invest in a new model. Luckily we've got a log burner so had a delivery of logs yesterday just to keep us going..................... Thanks again.0
