Talk Home Mobile EU roaming

I recently took out a rolling 1 month contract with Talk Home Mobile via Moneysavingexpert at £5.49 for 15GB

I understood (and it says on Talk Home's website) that the entire allowance was available for EU roaming. 

However, looking at the app it shows the 15GB in one box per my plan and then another 4GB in another box for 'EU roaming'. 

Does this mean I'm getting this extra 4GB free to use for EU roaming and I can't also use anything from my 15GB plan??

I'll be contacting Talk Home Mobile to ask, but I wondered if anyone had any knowledge or experience, please.

I’m not sure where you saw that, when I click through from MSE I see this on the page

This plan includes unlimited standard calls, unlimited standard texts & an allowance of data for use in the UK. SIMs must be activated in the UK or roaming will not be enabled.
Data roaming is capped at 4GB.

Talk Home EU roaming is a sham…I landed in Spain, for 1st week I had data tgen it stopped! Now 3 weeks later, still no data…they repeatedly claim tgat 'everything is fine at our end!'

They attempt to blame the Spanish networks ..what…all of them?

They remotely changed and locked my APN settings.

None of the Spanish networks will allow this sim to register with them for data!

My phone works perfectly with another 5g SIM

Their customer service people string the customer along, going round in circles hoping you'll drop the ball.

It is an inadequate deception.
