Talk Home Mobile EU roaming

I recently took out a rolling 1 month contract with Talk Home Mobile via Moneysavingexpert at £5.49 for 15GB

I understood (and it says on Talk Home's website) that the entire allowance was available for EU roaming. 

However, looking at the app it shows the 15GB in one box per my plan and then another 4GB in another box for 'EU roaming'. 

Does this mean I'm getting this extra 4GB free to use for EU roaming and I can't also use anything from my 15GB plan??

I'll be contacting Talk Home Mobile to ask, but I wondered if anyone had any knowledge or experience, please.

I’m not sure where you saw that, when I click through from MSE I see this on the page

This plan includes unlimited standard calls, unlimited standard texts & an allowance of data for use in the UK. SIMs must be activated in the UK or roaming will not be enabled.
Data roaming is capped at 4GB.
