speed suitable for me

Hi, I'll soon switch from Talk Talk broadband-line. I'm not sure which provider would be suitable for me. I'm the only person using internet at home, not doing too much with my PC, laptop and phone. I don't want Sky.
I've seen that:
Vodafone offers
Fibre broadband 45Mb-71Mb speed
for a real value of £17.84.

And also:
Fibre 2 + Super Wifi
6
45Mb-71Mb speed
equivalent to £22.84

Any suggestions?

And I can't see whether the £100 voucher can be spent only for Vodafone purchases or not.

Thanks.

45MB is plenty for someone not doing very much online. Even if you want to stream shows (on Netflix, or wherever) this will be fine.

I recently upgraded from 76MB to 900MB and didn't really notice a difference in speed. I switched from broadband to fibre because fibre was a lot cheaper and I don't use a landline.

Ours is 35Mbs and that's easily enough for stuff like streaming films.

If you're on your own and don't need the internet when you're not at home (eg for a doorbell etc), do you even need home broadband? What speed are you getting on your mobile and how much would it be to upgrade that to unlimited data and using a hotspot when at home? You can get unlimited data tariffs from £15-25 which allow tethering/hotspots, and that would include your mobile costs.

If you only need basic broadband any of those 2 will be fine.

Youtube 4K 60FPS will need more than 40MBPs during busy times but if you don't know what that is it doesn't matter as your TV or streaming device will drop the quality for you.
