Civil Enforcement for parking on private land HELP/confused/Anxious

Hi,
I know this has been discussed many times, but I want a straight-up answer to my questions, which I've already searched on the forum.
1) I've researched and found that the company sending me 2 separate fines is Civil Enforcement LTD, a private company. People keep saying they're private and just to ignore them. Should I?
2) The parking fines are for parking over the duration for free parking at the local Fastfood/coffee shops. I'm surprised I am getting fines as before me and many others have stayed over the duration with no consequences and seemed to be normal to park in the car park to work at a coffee shop (which I have been doing, working in a coffee shop like a lot of people do)
3) I don't know how to go about this, I can't afford these stupid fines, I wish I could ignore them, but they just keep coming
a) one is in the final stage charging me 140 (before debt collectors)
2) other one is still new, requesting £60
I don't want to pay anything to these cowboys but I have no idea what to do and if the templates etc still work in 2024
some real advice would be appreciated
I am in the UK, Midlands
Thanks all who take the time to respond
thanks
