Airport Shell Is Scamming People with Poor Signage

Hi.
I've just received a PCN today which was issued on the 31st January 2025. My wife had taken me to work and dropped me off at the Skyway filling station at Newcastle Airport next to the car wash that day. She was there for less than 30 seconds and also the photos are very poor quality. I don't deny it was us, but the pcn was received on the 14th day and she thought that the forecourt of a petrol station was safe. My question is should I pay this and if I don't pay will the bylaw land me in court, the latter I cannot afford to happen due to jeopardising my job.0 -
who is the PCN from?
What does the PCN say you are guilty of?1 -

Have you asked them to get the pcn cancelled?0 -
Why have you replied on this thread instead of starting a new one? My post before yours already stopped @fonz02 from hijacking it.
Please don't get me wrong: we all want to help but because this is unfair on the OP, you need to delete your posts here, after copying them across into a shiny new thread first.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
