Have tried using the forum email and password (have checked both work on PC) but the app is not recognising them

Hi @Flugelhorn - if you mean you are trying to log in to the MyMSE functions within the app, these use a different registration system to the Forum, so you would need to create a separate login for this (you could use the same email address for both, though).
If you are trying to use the Forum from within the app, then that is possible too (via the 'Sections' menu) and when the Forum loads, you can sign in using your Forum login details.Official MSE Forum Team member.Please report all problem posts to forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com1 -

this is the bit I was trying to do - have found the forum in the sections bit now and managed to log in - thanks1
