Hello. I have received my telephone mediation appointment for this Friday. I’m not sure what to expect and wondered if there is any advice for how to approach this appointment and what I should be prepared to say.
Have another read of item 9 on that checklist you were once following.

I have a received a hearing date and didn’t realise that I needed to submit any documents or witness statement.
I have missed the deadline now which was 14th august. What will happen?

    1) Have they paid the Hearing Fee?
    2) Have they sent you their WS?

What needs to happen is you get that WS in right now, this week asap, and hope that the judge lets you speak as a witness at the hearing. Send it with your evidence by email and do not hang about.

Ideally do it tomorrow so it is just about received a fortnight before the hearing.

Read the thread by @Char27 who made the same mistake as you this month but has addressed it quickly. That poster's WS might be on their thread.

if not, look for other recent ones e.g. by @Feyla

@Coupon-mad thank you for your advice. I have received the claimants evidence and they have included many of photos of my partner getting in and out of the vehicle. Should I mention this in my WS as not being me.

    Yes.

Show us both sides if the NTK that is in Gladstones evidence. Is it POFA compliant?

And tell us who signed their WS please, a paralegal?
