Just thought I'd wish everyone that posts on here (that hasn't gone off to the pub yet) a happy new year. May it bring house price falls to bears, rises to bulls and lots of lovely things to those that don't care either way!

    3 kids here 10, 2 and 6 months...Would you believe i haven't had an alcoholic drink over the festive period..very sad.

    The Generalissimos are 2 3/4 and 15 months respectively.

    I must confess to having forced down the odd pint or 2 of egg nog once the kids were in bed.

    I cant just have 1 general, its a car salesman's trait..all or nothing..
