Hiya Caller ID and Spam Protection

Has anybody used Hiya Caller ID and Spam Protection on Samsung? Sounds like a good idea but I don't want it to block legitimate calls from people or businesses not in my contact list..

Iv got this on my samsung.
It is good,dosent block real calls only those that are potential spam,or fraud.
These calls never ring,but they are on your call log,with the reason why they blocked it.
So you still got a record who did call1
