I've just been trying Plum. What a horrible platform. It took a week for any money to arrive and then a really unfriendly user experience. I'm still not 100% sure what it is supposed to be and I'm glad I only put a fiver in it, which is still currently unavailable somewhere.contumeliouscurmudgeon said:Plum (whatever) only work with a short list of high street banks. I'll stick with my friends at Chase, Zopa, Santander, Nationwide, Nat West and AMEX!0 -
Does one need to have a Zopa account already to qualify for this waiting list ?friolento said:
Have you put yourself on the waitlist? I got an invite about 10 days after I registered. May have been coincidence, I don't know, worth a try.allegro120 said:
I wasn't invited to Zopa's offer yet. If I ever get an invitation I will open the account without delay

2% on the current account too, although I probably won't use it. Good for the ISA and regular saver.
I'd had a saving account with them for about 18 months.0 -
Demonstrably, no. Click on the link.subjecttocontract said:

I'm already reshuffling my direct debits, my two largest ones (Council tax and gas/electric) will go to Zopa soon.
I've been a customer for a long time. First when they were P2P, made a reasonable profit from that investment, and rejoined when they became a bank and offered best paying easy access. Their rates didn't stay competitive for long, so my Zopa balance was £0 for a couple of years. Now I'm back in for regular saver and cash back on direct debits.0 -
Will be looking for the most competitive unrestricted every day saver mid-Jan.
My boosted Chase will drop from 4.5%.0 -
Plum is a useful source of direct debits for bank switching purposes.Cobbler_tone said:
