Yorkslass, good news for your ds and you.
Rosy, healing vibes for your ds.
Ruby happy birthday to DD.
We're looking after Nate today who is much better. I took him for his follow up visit to the GP and he was very happy with him.
Poor Esben is still quite unwell though , hopefully he will be better soon.
I'm coming down with something now, hardly surprising. Steve's on his preventative antibiotics though so hopefully he will avoid anything nasty.
Have a good day.10 -
Afternoon from Mehefinland
Cold, dull etc same old same old... It was so cold in the barn this morning that the condensation from the horses was dripping off the roof onto them. Poor old Scoobymare looked like a leopard by the time I had got her rug on.
A rotten night again after the last Covidjab - felt like death warmed up last night ( as my Mum used to say). Better this afternoon but still raw cold out.
Hele banged the door first thing this morning with a big net of carrots for the horses. The local agricultural store sells them as 'pony' carrots.17kg for £3.50. Absolutely nothing wrong with them except for a few cuts or chips, I have no qualms eating them!! Hele wants me to have a look at her horse's hoof as she thinks it has thrush. She's a novice owner and I am really glad that she is sensible enough to ask for advice and help from someone with 40+ years experience. I suspect its quite minor from what she told me, but I'll have a delve for her.
Then had a visit from an old friend of Dawn's for a coffee and chinwag, and on top of that had a delivery of haylage at nearly the same time. It got very hectic for a while. probably be back to nothingness for a bit now.
I too am in a quandary about Xmas trees - we had a fresh cut one until last year when we really couldn't be bothered. I love them but not the aftermath, and atm the thought alone is invoking too many memories, so it may be the artificial one which is lurking in the wardrobe.
Better get a wiggle on.
Hugs and spoons as always
