I like the idea of a whistle to call Yr1-6s to attention. Otherwise a personalise utensil eg wooden spoon might be a good alternative. For Yrs7+, a gavel! It's no bad thing for RQTs to show they mean business when it comes to discipline.No man is worth crawling on this earth.

A little set of self inking stamps to imprint her personalised praise on her students' work - my husband had his name and subject he taught for "official" paperwork he went through - super stampers were the company but there are lots, I expect.
