I like the idea of a whistle to call Yr1-6s to attention. Otherwise a personalise utensil eg wooden spoon might be a good alternative. For Yrs7+, a gavel! It's no bad thing for RQTs to show they mean business when it comes to discipline.No man is worth crawling on this earth.

A little set of self inking stamps to imprint her personalised praise on her students' work - my husband had his name and subject he taught for "official" paperwork he went through - super stampers were the company but there are lots, I expect.
Oh yes, a non-expanding belt so she can monitor whether the sweet treats in the staff room are adversely affecting her waistline, before it is too late. My husband regrets the (retirement caused) removal of daily custard during term time and the treats from the food tech teachers that appeared weekly. No need to ask why I am making this recommendation!
