Gift for a teacher - family member

I wondered if anyone here is a teacher, or has a lovely idea for a gift for my sister who has qualified as a teacher this year.
Is there anything super useful I could get her for Christmas? Not interested in ‘best teacher’ type products, but more practical suggestions? Be good to get any insider perspectives 🙂
"Buy me, Lady", said the frock, "and I will make you into a BEAUTIFUL & WHOLE & COMPLETE human being".
"Do not be silly", said the Man, "for a frock alone cannot do that".
"True", said the Lady, "I will have the shoes and the bag as well".

A really good quality insulated mug with a lid one can drink through - teachers never get a hot coffee. Then there’s playground duty! Gloves for playground duty, hat for playground duty, a good bag for taking home marking to do, an insulated mug, decent pen, …. My friend was a special needs teacher for years and her best gifts were things outside of school like a lunch out, a spa day, a cinema brunch day xI’m a Senior Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Competitions Time, Shopping & Freebies boards, Employment, Jobseeking & Training boards If you need any help on these boards, do let me know. If she’s teaching Foundation or KS1/2, how about sheets of personalised stickers that say, for eg, ‘Mrs/Miss Bloggs is very proud of me’?I’m a Senior Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Competition Time, Site Feedback and Marriage, Relationships and Families boards. Just remembered I put together an ‘NQT survival kit’ for my DIL’s first term - aforementioned mug, small jar of coffee, paracetamol, an acme thunderer whistle, emergency lunch (pot noodle sort of thing), chocolate, gin(!), really good quality pencil sharpener, spare knickers and/or tights, etc as appropriateI’m a Senior Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Competition Time, Site Feedback and Marriage, Relationships and Families boards. How about a voucher for a pedicure? Teachers are on their feet a lot.
Or good quality support rights.
Would second the mug, make sure its spillproof.
One of my friends was a teacher, nearly every year they caught a "lurgy" from the kids so some hand sanitiser might be an idea (or wetwipes)
If your budget would stretch to this then good quality shoes might be appreciated.Find out who you are and do that on purpose (thanks to Owain Wyn Jones quoting Dolly Parton)0 -
Time-saving gifts: electric pencil sharpener, label printer with tear-off adhesive tape for labelling items for items that might get tea-leafed in the staffroom, folders, or anything to organize at home. Lovely accessories that you can throw over the top of clothes you haven't had time to iron.
Free personalised voucher ideas: offer to proof-read her reports, clean the house, help to set up her classroom before the term starts, etc.
Pamper gifts: a spa day, or warm items like handwarmers for the gloves for winter.
