Boots Online - Failed Verification Checks!!
Comments
-
It still goes on - I am unable to place an order this morning. I now have a series of cancelled orders in my Boots account dating back to April. I would like someone at Boots to give us all an explanation. My local stores are never stocked with items I need so online used to be the only sure way to get them. Do Boots not need our business?0

Reports go back to 2021 so don’t look for a quick resolution.
one person said you can order instore if you have the product code.
another said you could order over the phone.
May be worth a try.0 -

I am unable to get any order through, due to 'internal verification check error'. I even called customer services and he tried to put a new telephone order through for me but the system wouldn't let that order go through for him either. Wholesale v retail rules, or something?
I have ordered everything through Amazon now instead - no wonder boots.com is having financial issues - many people can't order anything due to a bonkers algorithm that doesn't allow us to purchase multiples of an item (even if the item is part of a BOGOF). And it's Black Friday so why wouldn't everyone want to stock up on discounted regular items? It's ridiculous and frustrating - it never used to be a problem. Oh well ...0
