I cant lie this has taken the Michael a little bit. I haven't received any 'Notice of Proposed Allocation to Track' that I am aware of (unless the document is headed with a different name). And I checked the mail box last night and this letter was 100% not there. To give me seven days from order date (assuming this is the 5th?) to respond would be tomorrow and I received the letter today!!
Anyway I've just downloaded the Directions Questionnaire from the gov website and will send directly to CNBC and DCB Legal via email as per the newbies steps.0 -
You have an Order dated 5th March 2025.
Therefore the deemed date of service of that order was Monday 10th March 2025.
As you have seven days from that date of service, you have until 4pm on Monday 17th March 2025 to complete a DQ and file it with the court.
That deadline should be easily achievable.
Remember to send a copy to the Claimant.2 -
By email of course, as per the Template Defence first 12 steps. You're currently around step 7 or 8 of the first (easy) 12 steps.

Had my mediation call this week, although the mediator is not on either side I was by no means reassured. Claimant tried to offer a reduced value (100 down from 300). I denied that settlement and the mediator almost seemed to try and persuade me to accept as it will get rid of the problem. Anyway, waiting on some mail in the post for the next step, will keep the thread updated as it goes through.3

They probably have not paid the hearing fee yet, so neither you nor we know if it will proceed to trial, but both parties now know their deadline dates, your WS + Exhibits bundle is next, within 3 weeks, not for the in person hearing, but for the pre hearing deadline
There will be mention of the hearing fee payment and deadline on one of those pages
We would expect a discontinuation by dcb legal, same as over 550 in the tally thread by Umkomaas1 -
Okay, thanks for information! Will follow the steps as per newbies thread and submit all required documents by the deadline1
