How can I add red noses and antlers to a photo?

We are planning Christmas tree baubles, containing a photo of Me and Im. It would be mildly amusing to add red noses, antlers or other jolly Christmas novelties. Is there a free, easy to use app or whatever? Using iPhone for the photo. (Explain like I’m 5!)

If you use instagram you can go through the steps of adding a new story, upload the photo, then add stickers to it. It's easy to add noses or antlers etc and resize them or move them to the right place. Once you are done you can take a screenshot and crop as appropriate.

Im on Instagram, but never use it. I’ve managed to load my photo (!), but can’t see how to add stickers! 😵‍💫I’m Very Old!

Click on the plus at the bottom of the page.
Then on the bottom you get the choice of Post, Story, Reel, Live so choose Story. 
Once you are on Add To Story click on the photo you want and then there is a wee icon with a smiley face - that is the stickers. You can search for antlers or whatever.
