By your posts, clearly you don’t.

Fidelity aren’t going to call you and promise 14%.

No one has answered the question yet, I didn't ask if it was nefarious activity.  I asked if anyone is using Fidelity Financial Advisors ?

Fairly sure i did reply.... "I dont use a financial advisor and my 5 year avg return is 15%...."

In the 1970s in primary school i was given "Roger Red-hat" to read, it was a very good book, and i learnt to read what was on the page from it.

To be fair, you loaded the question with the caller's claim to have "irrefutable proof" that they'd get you 14% on your SIPP........hence the red flag warnings.

For completeness, I do not use Fidelity Financial advisors........but also for completeness, I would not use or even go anywhere near any company calling me up out of the blue and making the claim you described.

Fidelity have a small restricted FA offering.     As is the general rule of thumb, you should avoid restricted FAs and either DIY or IFA.

From memory, I think you have been told that several times before on your other threads.

I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. They are not financial advice and you should not treat them as such. If you feel an area discussed may be relevant to you, then please seek advice from an Independent Financial Adviser local to you.

This is obviously a scam caller, trying to act like they’re from Fidelity.

    block the number.

It is Fidelity, I checked the number
Telephone number spoofing is a known scam.......from your description of what you've been told, the calls you have received are highly unlikely to have been from the real Fidelity International....

I work for a High Street Bank in Tech Cybersecurity, I have a Post Graduate Diploma in Information Security and ISO27001 Lead Auditor and Implementor Status. I think I know when I'm being scammed.

Yes, I have no intention of going with Fidelity or any other IFA

Another call from Fidelity International today inviting me to a free consultation with one of their Financial Advisors. Claiming they have irrefutable proof they can return me 14% from my pension savings for a 1.5% fee. Anyone using Fidelity Financial Advisors ?

I think whether or not they are genuine, Fidelity Int need to know that these calls are being made.

    A very helpful link LHW99.

If segovia genuinely  believes he is being approached by an accredited Fidelity FA, he has the means to get that person sacked by Fidelity themselves. Hopefully this should suffice to curtail this thread, can't think there is much more to usefully add?
