    Do you realise that you are dealing with scammers that actually want you to break their rules that's the only way they get income.
    The discount is just a bribe to make you pay up and shut up so they can take money off you with the least effort nothing more.
    The whole process from start to finish is designed to be as confusing and time consuming as they can make it to get you to give up why would you fall for it.
    If you could post a couple of photos of the area and (lack of) signage or even give us an idea of where it is for Google Streetview, as a worded description is difficult to follow.
    But look at it like this, you have been purposely trapped buy a bunch of greedy bottom feeders that couldn't care less about anything except when the bosses next BMW is being ordered.
