BEWARE Virgin Broadband reward con

I signed up for Virgin Broadband through the MSE website as it gave a £75 reward.  I now have my contract and it is not mentioned.  Checked with Virgin who say I can't have the £75 as it's not in the contract!  
MSE now state on their website that Virgin are offering a £125 reward.  Please be warned that Virgin are not honouring this!!!

Certainly not a con as I used it earlier this year, the "reward" (in my case at least) is put on your account as a credit from the start.
