Chase rejecting refunds

Has anybody else had Chase rejecting refunds to their account? I had to cancel train tickets booked on TicketySplit and rebook. I was given partial refunds on the cancelled tickets, but the first time that TS tried to credit them back to my card Chase rejected them. They appeared in my account a couple of days later. OH…

I have raised this with Chase, and they have said that the merchant's acquirer (STRIPE) is processing refunds incorrectly and that they have raised this issue with them. When STRIPE processed them correctly they have been accepted.
