Parkingeye court claim

NB I have received the claimant's questionnaire as an email attachment. In step No.4 I quote "After sending off your Defence, the Northampton Business centre will send a copy to the Claimant, and then send a Directions Questionnaire (form N180) to both Claimant and Defendant." You don't say whether it comes through the post or email. However I note that you advise for the completed N180 to be returned by email.1

Everything from the court service comes by post of course. They wouldn't email things.
The Mediation Service emails people but not courts. That wouldn't be good service of paperwork.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Urgent .Today I received two N180 Directions questionnaires. Unfortunately, the court has sent me another person's form as well as my own. I intend to email the court at the email address recommended in the defence template and explain their error in full. Do you agree this is the appropriate course of action?0

I intend to send my correct completed N180 as a pdf attachment to the same email address as recommended on the defence template and copy in DCB Legal. Would it be correct copy in Parkingeye too?0

I received an automated phone call yesterday from DCB legal saying they have received my defence and wanted to speak to me urgently. It asked me to press number 1 to speak to them and then went dead. I thought it was a scam call until it mentioned DCB Legal. I wondered if this was a poor effort to contact me?

Sounds like it, but you should know by now what their tactics are
Ignore and block them, no phone calls, everything in writing2 -
