Storm Bert: Silver birch landed in my garden! It's Council owned (well on verge of public road & outside my property) with a TPO. I've reported to Council highways response expected in 2 weeks! Glad it's sorted. Glad it was the fence (bad though that is) and not the house. And now it's down you don't have that to worry about

Can't see that a TPO has any use once it's down like that. An odd thing anyway.
