    Sorry you slept poorly.
The new business sounds like it is progressing well. I have been keeping mostly up to date with your diary but nice to be able to post as well

Exciting times for the business and do agree about the children's pics. I have a pal who posts a lot of her son who is now a lot older and has learning challenges and other challenges and whilst it is lovely to see how he is doing I do feel a tad uncomfortable with the amount of sharing of his details within her public forum
Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!

Great that things are moving forward and you can potentially use old materials. Hope you find a balance between being in the public domain and remaining private that is a tough one but hopefully you can balance things out with the secondary income this will generate plus it must be nice to share your art and writing with a wider audience.

Well done, you are making great progress.  I'm hoping we get some warmer weather soon, and with the clocks going forward we should have a lot more daylight/sunshine and that always seems to put me in a better space.

Thanks Lucielle, Mark, TG, Sandy, DIA and Watty

I've deleted about 20% of my old blog so far! Takes forever.

Yesterday I made some enquiries about more cleaners. Will see if anything materialises.

I still need to pay the joinery deposit.

I'm planning to do an online art course from April which will cost around £2.8K. Course materials could in theory cost another £1K however - I doubt it will as looking at their list of materials I have quite a lot of stuff already. I'm not going to have much net savings left at this rate - however I've wanted to do it for 3 years - and long term readers will know I had intended to do it after moving last year but got derailed by other things. While my cash savings and my S&S investments are eroding at an alarming rate - I want to stop 'deferring' my real hopes and dreams - which are art and writing related. I hope it will give structure and focus to my channel too as I can post about what I learn as well as general stuff.

I'm going to continue putting £ into my pension although I am debating dropping it slightly. I'm due to get slightly more money net from April as this year I'm spreading my annual leave purchase over 12 months instead of 6. My compressed hours start last week. I've paused taking my ADHD meds and my sleep has improved. I'm going to bed earlier and getting up around dawn... The skies have been beautiful. I'll get a sad lamp for winter - and one of those brightening alarm clocks that simulate dawn.

I have lots of narcissi and crocus bulbs in flower that I planted last year. Some of my late planted bulbs are also poking their heads up - so I have hope for them too. My Christmas hellebores are still flowering. I have some primroses flowering too. Many of my tulips are starting to form buds. I'll see if I can post some photos later.

Hope the compressed hours are going well.  I love being up when the sun is coming up, it's such a refreshing time of day!

The art course sounds good, especially if you'll have a lot of the materials already.

You always impress me with how clear you are about your plans and dreams. I think the course sounds like a good idea and I hope we’ll hear what you get from it 😊
