A) if you found a suitable buyer with a decent job and could potentially get a mortgage.
B ) you're looking for a buyer ( in order to get closer to the asking price) would it better to get an estate agent involved or not?
I know many there's many factors. Sale rate in the area is decent. House doesn't have a mortgage but has a charge by a relative' who is happy to sell the house in exchange for their money owed
What are the costs involved in terms of legal work etc.
Thanks for any input.
b) what do you think? What % of properties sold in the UK do not go through EA?
legal fees depend on what your the going rate is for the geographical area they work in and whether they are a solicitor or a mere conveyancer. Why not get some actual quotes then you will know...0 -
