Stellantis email update

Today I received an email from Stellantis
It came from a different email address to that I had previously had an auto reply from.
ukcustomercare@stellantis-finance.com
Attached was a zip file in my name. I'm always suspicious about attachments, especially when I don't recall having had a password, however I did have a random numerical code in the previous email. The file won't open for me at all.
Has anyone else had the above or similar and been able to open to attachment
Good Afternoon,
Stellantis Financial Services UK
Please find attached our Final Responses in regard to your recent complaint.
The password to access the contents has been supplied previously.
Yours Sincerely,
Customer Relations

This reads like a scam0

Totally agree it sounds like it. This is why I've asked but googling the email address it came from seems to throw up it being legit and their website uses its for complaints etc.
Title of email is DCA final response letter then a ref code0 -
DCA complaints should not be considered or finalised unless there is no DCA. If there is DCA then they should suspend the complaint until the FCA review is completed.
Opening a zip wouldn't cause any security problems. Its only if run an exe or bat file in the zip that it could. Opening a PDF would be ok.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). I've requested an accessible version. I've been unable to export the doc they attached0
