Eon.Next statements

Octopus made so many mistakes on my account and I had to keep ringing them all the time. Eventually I changed to Eon.next and Octopus gave the wrong final readings. They switched the day reading to the night reading and vice versa. It took months to sort it out.Alnat1 said:I had a similar problem with Octopus earlier this year. The 3rd month I had to chase up I spoke to someone who said there was a glitch and asked if it was ok to change my statement date. They changed it from 20th to 22nd and it's been fine since. You could ring and ask for a different date and see if it helps.
Don't mess with pensioners. :cool:0 -
That is not difficult to do yourself. You obviously know the meter reads and dates and the unit rates and standing charges are in your on line account. A bit of simple maths and you have the answer. Set up a spreadsheet and it is even easier, just put the numbers in the boxes, and you can do it daily if you want. Every month I compare my spreadsheet to the bill and it is only ever a penny or two different due to rounding.mrsyardbroom said:
