I understand that if you sign up with Loop, once you're authorized, you'll also be authorized at n3rgy. Worth a try ...CazeryBird said:
The only data I don't have a hard copy of is the smart meter data as 3nergy (or whatever its called!) aren't taking domestic customers at the moment so I can't get the raw data.
I'm not being lazy ...
I'm just in energy-saving mode.2 -
Hmm, I am with Loop. I'll try again.Ildhund said:

BG still ignoring all my emails. Just got an automated response to say they're passing my details on now, unless I get in touch 🙃🙃🙃0

Or Hugo (both Loop and Hugo use the data from n3rgy) or Bright. These have all been mentioned at least once already in this thread.CazeryBird said:

I'm not sure of the issue getting the raw data is that the consumer unit/plug in part of the meter is broken (has been since we moved in) so when I submit the number off that to their websites it returns an error.
I went onto my BG account today to ask an advisor to reply to my emails and the chat button has vanished. Which is useful...0 -
Many websites Chat buttons disappear when there are no available agents (or the queue of people wanting to chat passes a certain threshold). It may reappear later today in a quieter period (eg, mid-afternoon).CazeryBird said:

Re. Hugh/Bright/Loop, you just want to see if one of them has the data.1 -
Well indeed, but it's not appeared for me all day so far. Although it might just be an extremely busy day.0
-
Interestingly, I plugged the faulty unit in yesterday and it did it's usual thing of not working, but now Loop is showing incomplete data for yesterday. It's not done that on any other day.0
-
I submitted the SAR through the ICO yesterday and have today opened a case with the Ombudsman (rang them for general advice and they were keen to open a case and see if they could help).2
-
I found the Ombudsman very helpful throughout, in my complaint against BG.2
