Where to find ''Fee Account Number'' + ''Application Number'' on MCOL??

I filed a claim via MCOL to recover £800+ owed to me by another individual.
The other person didn't bother responding to the claim | And so after 14-days I just filed for a Default-Judgement; Requesting for payment in full :: within 14-days (*which will be 24th November).
All I've recieved in the post though was a template letter from ''The Civil National Business Centre'', saying that ''My requested judgement had been approved''.
The letter itself does not list of the details of the actual judgment though, nor list any dates :: Simply just notifies me that ''my requested-judgement'' has been approved.
When I view my MCOL account, it shows the following:
But when I view the PDFs available to view in my MCOL account, again it does not actually show any ''Judgements Issued/Signed by a Judge''.
Instead 1 PDF just shows the details on the form which I filled-in when starting my claim / Other PDF just shows the the details on the form that I myself filled-in when requesting a judgment.
(But so both PDFs are simply forms which I myself filled-in previously, making requests to the court)
As the defendant is simply ignoring the entire process, (as they believe if they simply refuse to do anything :: there is nothing the court can actually do against them)...
I am gonna just file for a Third Party Debt-Order (to get the money taken directly out off their bank).
However on the Third Party Debt-Order form it asks me to list:
1. The Fee Account Number.
2. Application Number. (This is requested in addition to the claim number | Which I do have)
3. By who / In which court.
But so does anyone know whereabouts I can find ''The Fee Number'' + ''Application Number'', please?
(As they're not listed anywhere on the documents showing in my MCOL account)

1. The fee account number is irrelevant to you, leave it blank. It is for organisations who have an account set up by the court service to make it easier for them to pay application fees and other costs e.g. law firms, government organisations.
2. Application number is not required either.
3. The court will be the debtor's home court, which will be based on the debtor's address you listed for the claim form to be issued. You can use the court finder service to find out the home court: Find a court or tribunal - GOV.UK
Just out of curiosity, why are you going down the Third Party Debt Order rather than let's say the bailiff route? You do understand that using a TPDO to go after a bank account is only useful if you know the individual has funds available or has their salary paid into that account. A TPDO allows you to name a third party who owes money to the debtor which includes an employer or a pension scheme if appropriate. Usually though, you would make an application to order the debtor to court to answer questions about their finances under oath as a pre-requisite to a TPDO if you have limited information as they are not always successful.
Attachment of earnings order is popular if the debtor is employed as it means a portion of their wages will be deducted until the debt is paid.2 -

Hello - And thankyou so much for answering my questions.
In regards to this individual though:
The reason she has ignored all the letters from the court thus far is simply due to naievity | As she thinks if she ignores everything, nothing will actually happen to her.
She has money coming into her bank-account every week/fortnight though (from various sources) :: And thus atleast a third-party debt order will hopefully be able to get me a few hundred pounds to start with atleast (if not the full sum).
*Beyond this, my next move would be to file for that court-order where she would be forced to appear infront of a judge & provide answers to the judge of her income/how she will pay the debt | With her being arrested if failure to show as ordered by the court.
(HCEOs seem almost totally useless tbh, unless the debtor owns a car :: As there is very limited furniture they can take from someone's house, none of which would even have any actual re-sale value)

1 more question, please-
In the box at the very top of the form where it says:
In the (enter name of court)
Do I enter the name of the court local to the defendant?
Or, do I enter the name of the court where the application & judgement was filed?
(The MCOL Civil Business Centre one)

It is true, HCEOs can sometimes struggle to get anything meaningful but it's usually the threat of returning and taking goods that would prompt the debtor into setting up a payment plan or repaying in full. But if you have a bank account that money flows into then that might turn a positive outcome but she could just simply divert those funds elsewhere if the initial funds don't cover it.
As for the name of the court, it is the defendant's home court. If you put the Civil Business Centre, they will either return it back to you or forward it on to the defendant's local court.1 -

Thankyou.
In the ''name of court'' box I entered: The Civil Business Centre (as that is the court where my claim + order has all been processed thus far).
But I posted the form to the defendant's local court address.
*Annoyingly though the defendant's court is 5+ hours drive (each way) from me | So I'll have to do a 10-hour drive (inc petrol cost) to just attend the hearing for this Third Party Debt-Order. -_-

Well in that case it's possible that the local court may just look at the court name on the form and bounce it back to the CBC for processing since you put that as the court. The CBC will either process it by sending it back to the local court or returning back to you as I suggested saying you have sent it to the wrong place.
On a positive note, it will get processed at some point! You could have requested a remote hearing as part of the application rather than in-person, not guaranteed but justified. Otherwise it is the cost of using certain enforcement methods.0 -
** UPDATE **
Does anyone know how long it typically takes until the order is processed?
As I posted it 1.5 weeks ago...
But the cheque I enclosed still hasn't even been cashed-in by the court yet!
So I just wondered how long it typically takes from when you post the order-request :: Till the court actually process it?
