Trading212 cash ISA transfer problem

I wish to transfer a Principality Building Society cash ISA to my Trading 212 Cash ISA. However Principlality is not on their list of providers. How do I get round this?

Thanks - I have an online account - Trading212 chat suggests doing the transfer through the app. But won`t I have the same problem?I was thinking of Moneybox cash ISA as an alternative. I will transfer to them. They are on Trading 212 lists of providers. Hope they accept transfers in and then out fairly quickly. However I might just stick then with Moneybox until I get to 3 withdrawals.I hope Moneybox ISA registration is easier than Trading 212 which was a pain for various reasons.0
