If you get no luck I find it's often worth putting a shout out on local WhatsApp and Facebook groups.Find out who you are and do that on purpose (thanks to Owain Wyn Jones quoting Dolly Parton)1

We have a very long 3 section aluminium ladder as bits of our woodwork are really high up, we also have some aluminium scaffold which has been used extensively. Cannot think that hiring would be more sensible than buying.
The long ladder used to stand upright in our 1.5 height integral garage, but getting it out and in was not easy for OH on his own. The flat wall space was just too short to hang it horizontally, so we now have it hanging outside round the back of the house, on special lockable ladder brackets using high security padlocks
Cannot be seen from anywhere and not easy access, presume it is still there, but we have not needed to use it recently!2 -
Don't know how much debris you have seen in there but the first thing for me would be to disconnect the downpipe and push something maybe telescopic up to clear the pipe. It's even possible your problem is below ground.Living the dream in the Austrian Alps.1

there must be dozens of gutter cleaning tradespeople in your area. There sure are in my area at £40 - 70 per job.
Look on social media as will be full of tradespeople wanting work: local FB group, Nextdoor, X , etc
Alternatively loads of plant hire / building merchants / supplies places will hire ladders - use a search engine0 -
