On recommendation from here I set about opening a new account - for a transfer in Cash ISA - few steps but done 👍👍
Tried to transfer in from Cooperative bank - no go - it isn't listed.
Wrote on their contact us form - 24 hours later - no response.
Gave a one star on Trust Pilot explaining the issue.
Within 10 minutes - I kid you not - fully detailed explanation and how to guide.
Basically they use a third party transfer set up which doesn't recognise Cooperative bank.
Answer - use Trading 212 Account transfer request initiates BACS or similar and takes 2 days.
Why not include this in your guidance or as a flag when you can't find the bank you want.
