Heat pump, boiler and solar panels

I am on UC and a tenant. My landlord gained a full heating system due to my UC and has now given me 2 months no fault eviction. Is he aloud to benefit like this? He is moving his father in to my property.

    Yes, he is allowed to benefit for the grant that was given to you. The government allowed this because even if the property passes to someone who is not on a low income, the government want all properties to have the most efficient boilers. 
    The comments I post are my personal opinion. While I try to check everything is correct before posting, I can and do make mistakes, so always try to check official information sources before relying on my posts.
  • And we don't know whether or not the landlord's father is on a low income.
