Logged in on phone but suddenly my credentials don't work on laptop or pc

I am permanently logged in on my phone, but when I attempt to login on my pc or laptop it keeps telling me my email or password is incorrect, when I know it isn't.
I then attempt to reset my password but it never sends me the verification code.
Any help?

Yes, I just realised that when I went to the forum on my pc and it was still logged in.
