Logged in on phone but suddenly my credentials don't work on laptop or pc

I am permanently logged in on my phone, but when I attempt to login on my pc or laptop it keeps telling me my email or password is incorrect, when I know it isn't. 

I then attempt to reset my password but it never sends me the verification code. 

Any help?

Hi there - it sounds like you are using the wrong login page on your computer.

The mention of verification codes suggests you are using the login form intended for other parts of MSE, not the Forum.

Yes, I just realised that when I went to the forum on my pc and it was still logged in.
