Company you've linked to is based in Lithuania, a lot of their claims are possibly breaking EU directives but enforcement is probably lacking more so in Lithuania than it is here.
There's a Youtube video where a guy opens one up (different company to link as he was in the US) and comes to the opinion it's an over priced piece of junk.
These things are on Ali Express for under £20, website above compares theirs to others costing £250....The (un)safety issue is just the sick icing on the putrid cake. What galled me originally is just the energy-saving scam of it all, as if one teeny electric heater could save money over a larger leccy heater, whilst providing the same - sorry, far greater - output.How many poor saps - and I use the term 'poor' with purpose - have been hoodwinked?0
