Not eligible for Council tax reduction?

Hi all.
I received a response from the Council to say I'm not eligible for a council tax reduction because my income is too high.
Firstly, my monthly income is approximately £600 a month, and secondly, on the email received, it says I work 16 hours a week when it's actually 12.
My savings are approximately £3400.
So taking all the above into account, would I qualify?
P.S. I do automatically receive the single-person discount though, but presumably that wouldn't interfere with an application for a further reduction due to low income?
Thanks.

Council Tax discounts are council specific - so you'd need to tell us which council you are talking about.0

Support depends on your individual councils rules, have you looked at them?"You've been reading SOS when it's just your clock reading 5:05 "0

Also which discount are you applying for?
single person?
disabled?
student?
empty property?0 -

@sammyjammy; can't seem to quote your post for some reason, but I'm sure Bradford Council mentions help for low income individuals.0

I think the calculator at
https://benefits-calculator.turn2us.org.uk/
Takes into account your postcode. Give it a try1 -

Therefore if my income was too low, then they'd see no issue in my entitlement to any discounts?0 -

Joking aside, I guess that amounts to over £650 a year which isn't too bad.
I'll have to make a separate claim under Universal Credit for that though.
