  • It won't time out because Moorside will issue a claim. Which is fine!  Easy to defend.

In your first post, you called the parking firm 'UKPS'.  Do you mean UKCPS?
    Apologies for the delay.

In the correspondence I have received so far,  it states UKPS Ltd. Shall I just ignore this email and wait for a claim or do I need to take any other action to avoid getting a claim

    Hello all,

The court claim pack has arrived as predicted . Do I just use the LOC template on this forum? Will I have to attend court?

Please see attached. Thank you .

Just like us! Aug 2019 was apparently when we parked illegally! Today they've rejected our defence... As we can't time travel I can't prove whether signage was there and clear in 2019 - I know we didn't spot it if it was. Good luck with yours.

That reply to defence is irrelevant of course. Both cases will either be struck out, discontinued or decided by a Judge.

What ML say is something & nothing.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
