If DDs can be paid from this space instead of a 'bills' space then it would be a bonus.

Better than the equivalent offering from Chase.

No info yet on that. Though you can have DDs paid from pots in Starling already (which get 3.5%)

    Pedant alert...

    It's currently 3.25% - not 3.5%

Starling Spaces don't get 3.5% in my app. How do you get those?

They pay 3.25% interest on anything up to £5k - in a space or not.

    I know. That's why I asked how to get 3.5%  🤷‍♂️
  • Is it a pot? Not a stand alone account?

Any interest you earn on your Spaces is paid into your current account as a single sum each month, rather than being paid into each Space.  So will already be earning interest, and don't need to do anything to get it.

Is it possible for the current account to automatically draw on a savings account if there is not enough on current to fund a DD etc?
